Mexicoarrival.com offers optional administrative assistance to travelers completing Mexico’s Forma Migratoria Múltiple (FMM), the entry document required of foreign visitors. We built this service because the official process can be confusing for travelers unfamiliar with Mexican government systems, especially across different languages.
Our support includes:

- Reviewing your entries for common errors before submission
- Submitting your completed information through the appropriate channel
- Answering questions about the process in plain language
- Providing customer support if you need to correct or resend your confirmation
Independent Private Service
Mexicoarrival.com is a privately operated website and is not a government website. We are an independent private service provider offering optional administrative assistance to travelers who need help completing the FMM.
We are not the Government of Mexico, the Instituto Nacional de Migración (INM), or any other Mexican government department or agency. Our website is independently owned and operated and should not be confused with an official Mexican government website.
Official Government Portal
Travelers are always free to complete the FMM directly through Mexico’s official government platform, at no service charge beyond any applicable government fee.
Using our assistance service is entirely optional. Many travelers choose it for the convenience of guided support, error-checking, and responsive customer service — not because it is required.
No Government Affiliation or Endorsement
Unless expressly stated otherwise and supported by an official government source, Mexicoarrival.com has no affiliation, partnership, endorsement, sponsorship, authorization, or agency relationship with the Government of Mexico or any Mexican government department, including the INM.
The use of terms such as “FMM,” “Mexico Arrival,” “Forma Migratoria Múltiple,” or “Mexico Tourist Card” describes the government form or process for which our private administrative assistance may be provided. It does not mean that this website is operated by the Mexican government.
Optional Private Assistance
Using our service is optional. Customers are not required to use Mexicoarrival.com to access or complete the FMM. Customers may choose to complete the process themselves through the official government portal listed above.
Our service fee is a fee for private administrative assistance only and is separate from any government fee, tax, or official government charge that may apply.
Service Fees
We charge USD $82 for our assistance in completing and submitting your FMM.
This covers our review, guidance, and customer support throughout the process. Where an official government fee applies to your FMM, our fee is separate from and in addition to that amount. Travelers may confirm current government fee amounts directly at the official INM portal above.
Before payment, customers are shown the applicable service fee and the nature of the service being purchased. Where applicable, any refund or cancellation is handled according to our published Refund and Cancellation Policy.
No Guarantee of Government Approval or Entry
Payment for our private assistance service does not guarantee:
- Approval by Mexican immigration authorities
- Admission into Mexico
- A particular processing time
- Any decision by a Mexican government authority
All final decisions regarding entry, admissibility, and immigration status remain solely with the relevant Mexican government authorities. We do not issue Mexican government documents, make immigration decisions, or determine whether a traveler is permitted to enter Mexico.
Accuracy of Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information. We assist with the administrative completion of information provided by the customer, but we do not independently verify whether the customer’s personal, passport, or travel information is correct.
We encourage customers to carefully review all information before submission — and our team is available to help you check it.
Government Authorities
The Instituto Nacional de Migración (INM) and other relevant Mexican government authorities are solely responsible for official immigration and border-control decisions. For official information, customers should consult the relevant Mexican government websites and authorities. Our website does not replace official government instructions.
